In every slot in the series, the cap is possible only in the bonus round. Money Plane has no separate bonus. Money Train 4 has the highest cap at 150,000x.

Money Train 2: 50,000x results in the first 10 days
Relax reported more than 15 hits of the 50,000x cap in the game's first ten days, across all players worldwide. It also counted thousands of results above 1,000x.

BigWinBoard reported a 50,000x result on a stake of about 17 cents. By August 2021, it said more than 100 players had hit the cap.

Money Train 2: a cap result from a 100x buy
A player in Finland paid 100x the stake for the bonus and hit the 50,000x cap. On a stake of 5, that was 250,000 in local currency. Single source.

A player in Hungary won the Mega jackpot, worth about 2.9 million in the currency iGB reported, from a 30-cent spin. It was the 21st Mega paid on the Dream Drop network.

How rare is a Money Train max win?
We couldn't find official max-win odds from Relax, but simulations give an idea. AboutSlots puts the 150,000x cap in Money Train 4 at about 1 in 94 million spins, and Origins' 10,000x at about 1 in 7 million.
At 1,000 spins a day, one in 94 million is roughly 250 years of play. Many wins in the list above came early in a game's life because huge numbers of players were spinning at once. For the original Money Train, no published odds exist.
